We are working hard on the WetURWhis.tel web site. You may be asking yourself what are the benefits for me at WetURWhis.tel, well we have that answer. You can look up (desktop or mobile) wineries, meaderies, cideries and distilleries across North Carolina, Virginia and New York. You can also find restaurants and shops which sell the products of these local small businesses. Now you say “Okay, I can do that with a web search.” Yes, that is correct.
WetUrWhis.tel provides search capabilities within region or county. Once you have narrowed down the area you plan to visit, let’s say Steuben County (NY), then you can research the selections using their Facebook/Twitter/Pinterest/Youtube/Tripadvisor/Google Maps/Yelp/Website with a single click. Additionally, you will be able to call from the web page is using a phone.
Are you on a mobile device? If the desktop view is just too small to fit on your device screen, feel free to switch to mobile search. It has the same functionality, only the screen components and display are stacked on top instead of side by side.
Are you impressed yet? How about another function easily achieved with your mapping software? You can pick two vendors and view the distance between the two using either the Distance Search or Mobile Distance Search. The display for mobile distance search is shown to the left. Keep in mind that this is an approximate distance. You should use your mapping software for the actual driving distance.
Weturwhis.tel has so much research and contact information in one place, but maybe it can be a bit redundant in other functionality. Hold on, though, there is a better option coming soon! The Wet Ur Whis(tel) Android app will work with your phone, tablet and Chromebook to accomplish the same searches already shown along with all of the same contact information available with a single tap or click.
Additional search options in the app include finding vendors approximately 10/25/50 miles from your current location. You can also select a specific vendor and view others 30 or 60 miles away from their location
